Protecting premises and the integrity of a clients business is always paramount. All security personnel operating within A&M Security Co are licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA). The SIA is an independent organisation established by the British Government under the terms of the Private Security Industry Act 2001.
As part of the integral process to achieve an SIA licence, all personnel to be engaged in the security operations are required to undergo and pass a structured programme of training, and education resulting in recognised qualifications. The training programs are delivered by qualified training staff approved by the countries leading organisation Skills for Security.
We are assessed and certified as meeting the requirements of the BS EN ISO 9001:2000 specific to the provision of manned guarding and related services.
Recruitment and vetting are an extremely important area of the service which we provide. The rigorous screening procedures fall in compliance within the licensing regulator and the British Standards. Only suitable persons will be employed in positions of trust and responsibility.
We are fully committed to the provision of training under the support of our local Learning Skills Council (LSC)
All aspects of our Health & Safety policy (details available upon request) are placed with one of the countries leading consultants Peninsula Business Services.
