Mobile Patrol

Mobile Patrols are a cost effective highly visible deterrent option offered at a fraction of the cost of a full-time security officer. In line with each clients specific requirements, our high profile uniformed officers in clearly marked patrol vehicles will visit and inspect your premises at regular, but randomly timed intervals, which may also include a variety of value added services aimed at preventing or reducing loss. In constant contact with our control centre, our patrol units have prompt access to back up support at all times.

Accurate data of each patrol can be provided and the use of security warning signage on the exterior of a building can be an effective deterrent.

Key Holding & Alarm Response

We offer a comprehensive and well established Key Holding & Alarm Response service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. As your nominated Key Holder, we shall hold a set of keys to your premises at our secure control centre and assume the responsibility of attending your premises in the event of an emergency.

On notification of your alarm activating, we shall attend your premises, undertake an external security check to establish, if there are any signs of an intrusion visible before entering the premises to disarm the system.

Should the alarm activation be false, the system will be reset, and your premises secured.

In the unfortunate event of an unlawful entry, or other occurrence requiring your attention, we shall contact you immediately and advise you accordingly. Otherwise, having dealt with any immediate danger, our attending officers are fully trained to act in accordance with your instruction to arrange repairs or take other actions as may be necessary for the safety and security of your premises.

Lock & Unlock

Today’s flexible working conditions may mean that employees do not wish the responsibility of securing or opening their premises. Our Lock & Unlock service takes ownership of such duties from the client from the beginning and to the end of the day, giving peace of mind that a professional party is charged with this responsibility.

Depending on flexibility, we can offer a range of Lock & Unlock options within a specific time frame, ranging from an agreed time to a more flexible slot every day.


Lone Worker Monitoring

New provisions within The Health & Safety at Work Act are explicit in giving companies a Duty of Care to protect their workforce operating alone.
Health & Safety is a major concern for all organisations employing workers in isolated environments. Workers must be monitored so their safety and well-being can be assured.

Our Lone Worker Monitoring service provides welfare checks to your personnel at specific time frame periods for example hourly.

How it works

Each worker will report into our control centre. If, for whatever reason, the worker fails to report in, the control centre will call the worker and confirm his/her welfare.

Attendance to the premises will be deemed necessary, when the control centre is unable to make contact with the worker.
